By far the best place I’ve ever lived. The only reason I left was because I moved away for work. The property is just AMAZING. I always felt safe and loved the attached garage! It really felt like home. The apartments were beautiful inside and out. The amenities of the property like the gym and pool were awesome! But all that ties into the amazing staff who run it! I would move back in a heartbeat if I was back in Lafayette. Nothing where I am now can compare!!!

I lived here for 8 months & loved it! I lived in front of the lake with the water sprinkler so that made it even more relaxing. This was my very 1st time ever living in a apartment. Felt more of a home & very safe to live. When searching, I always came back to Chateau Mirage. If I ever need, I will return. Everyone is friendly & the staff also treats you like family. 5 stars all the way ❤️
I feel at home, doesn’t feel like an apartment in the slightest.
I have only lived here at the Chateau for seven months and it wasn’t long enough. I came here scared and living alone for the very first time in my life! The staff were very patient with me and my request. It’s very quiet and feels so safe here. Only complaint I have is I wish it was lit up a little more at night! Having the garage is a godsend. Awesome place to live! Feels like home every time you walk through that front door. Very safe! Beautiful Apartments, we have one of the smaller one bedrooms and it’s perfect, very cozy & not to small. This is our very first apartment & they do not disappoint. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful at all times. The maintenance men are always on top of anything that breaks & are very quick to fix any problems that accrue.
