An African American man came to inquire about renting an apartment and was subjected to unfair and unprofessional treatment by the office personnel. Great staff, and Beautiful property
Very nice apartments, tons of great amenities, and the staff is friendly but be wary. You’ll be responsible for things you were never given information on. Their covid response prompted our leave as they basically completely shut down. Also be aware that your security deposit will be forfeited to clean the apartment, no matter how clean you leave it. We were charged $110 for stove drip pans (that were not new when we moved in) to be replaced and for cleaning the carpets (which we had cleaned after we moved out). The staff sa... read more
Beautiful landscaping if you live here you can always take a walk and enjoy the trees and flowers. Maintenance responds promptly.
