I don't know if this is biased, but I grew up here so it means a lot to me. The sound from neighboring rooms is loud though, and you could hear people talking and music blasting through walls. Still, the manager at that time is very kind. She gave me my first electric toothbrush, and I'm still using the same brand today because of that.
