It was great
New landlords let maintenance in without you having to be home so if you're uncomfortable with that keep that in mind. Didn't realize this till I let them know my sink was starting to release water with black specs and I came home one day to my kitchen and bathroom lights on despite it being mid afternoon. Besides that things seem to be okay so far.
I have been here for at least 4 years. I have no plans to move. Not only is it close to downtown, shopping & my church, but the staff looks out for you. Maintenance is "johnny on the spot" for trivial things & faster for important requests.
Paper thin walls, can hardly hold a normal conversation without a complaint.
Poorly run apartments completely turned around by new owners! The manager is amazing! Very willing to go out of her way to help, no questions asked. Kept up and maintenanced by the most down to earth guy you could wish for! They make a great team! It's like a small bit comintity. Good place to rent!
