Lived here past 4 years and much has been improved. Pest control comes out monthly as well as aids any unforseen circumstances. Property management does a good job of ensuring tenants have what they need and maintenance does is quick to service calls to ensure things are running smoothly.
My husband and I have lived here for the past 6 years and are still very pleased. I appreciate being in a safe community with a leasing manager (Carli), who cares about the tenants and is diligent in her efforts to ensure a safe, quiet, clean and affordable housing community. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. He is always on the property and willing to help. One of the best characteristics of the property is the large pool. The pool area is beautiful and well kept; clean!

Carli is a very nice landlord. She gives excellent tenant service. Gary is a cool maintenance man. He really works hard to get work orders done in a timely manner. It's good to have a pool to cool off in. There's an on site laundry room to wash clothes. So far, it's a nice place to live.Thank you Carli and Gary for helping me to call this my happy place.
