Erin made our move easy from the start! Application process was smooth and quick. The unit was clean with many upgrades! We are very happy to be residents at Hacienda Villas.
We put down a holding deposit, planning to move in. After a tough decision we decided not to go through with the application due to the layout of the apartment, W/D in kitchen, no outdoor storage space.. The holding deposit was reimbursable within 72 hours. However, yesterday was a holiday. We tried calling and of course they were closed.. Unfortunately, I didn’t send a follow up email and thought they would be ok with receiving a phone call today. I signed my lease July 2021 and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! Laurie had been so welcoming and has handled every issue we have had within a timely manner. I’ve never had such a caring and compassionate apartment manager she really cares and it shows. The units are absolutely amazing everything we needed and more! Our unit is a 2 bedroom upstairs and downstairs townhome, which also comes with in unit washer and dryer, fridge and dishwasher.
