Took my wife here for her birthday and we came back just to relax and enjoy it again very nice and peaceful customer service very friendly and welcoming thank you for the hospitality and the great experience will be returning very very soon
I had an absolutely fantastic massage with Dawn at The Spa at Château Élan. She was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and genuinely listened to what I needed throughout the entire service. She checked in about pressure, temperature, comfort, and my preferences and adjusted everything accordingly. I felt completely cared for from beginning to end. It's Cousins weekend...so we started off At Chateau Elan...had a Phenomenal tasting experience with Rebecca in the winery! Attentive, knowledgeable , consise...loved her! If you are listening CE.... give her a bonus ASAP!
Edit as of 7/15 - I went on my bday today for a relaxing spa day from my husband. I had Tamiesha is my massage therapist. She was not that friendly at all. She was curt, and matter of fact. The massage was decent, however her customer service needs to improve. We got a couples massage to celebrate our anniversary. The massage was good. My husband didn’t enjoy his massage as much. I really wish after spending hundreds of dollars on a massage we would get complimentary wine.
