do not rent from these people they discriminate! they wil make your life hell! do not rent from these people they discriminate! Chateau Du Mont in bridgeton is very discriminating. They are harrassing peaceful tenants because of religous preferences. They also tow cars, and send false warnings dated days before they are sent out so you have no time to respond. Our vehicle was impounded after 6 hours of notice and by law must be 24! they need to change the managers or will lose a lot of good people. Christine there is behind ... read more
Horrible place to live !!!! There are no amenities here and they charge as if they have a fitness center and tennis courts when all they have is a 3ft pool. The management is rude. The maintainance is non existing and there is a lack of knowledge of the people that are maintainance workers that repair your things jerry rigged . They go through workers every couple of weeks to couple months. You can expect things like them not issuing you a furnace filter to ignoring water damaged moldy basements. This place is HORRIBLE!!! NEVER rent a townhome and the woman who is the "manager" is rude and unprofessional. I saw renters checks money orders just laying around a nearby table of the door
