No stars this place is horrible, well the staff they have working there. This one man name Mr.Cook is so rude like very rude to the visitors that goes there. I was told today my dad had to leave his apartment to come down stairs to come get us because we was visiting him. Like what I couldn’t just go up like I us to do when you sign the paper. When we moved into Magnolia Heights, the AC was already broken, and 2 weeks later, it still isn’t fixed. On top of that, both the kitchen sink and bathroom sink were severely blocked when we moved in, and it took maintenance three days to address it. The bathroom vent didn’t work either, and maintenance refused to fix it, telling us that “as long as the heater works, it’s fine.” We were promised a portable AC until the central unit was repaired, but that never happened, and we had to buy our own just to make the apartment li... read more
I happened to stumble upon a senior living apartment while browsing google maps. after a simple application process,i was able to move in within just one month. when i received the keys and opened the door to my room, i was astonished to find it impeccable cleaned and organized -everything was in perfect working order, and it was even cleaner then a luxury hotel . the monthly rent is affordable, and the staff are incredibly kind. i fell truly blessed by god. even though i do not attend church , i am deeply grateful. the grea... read more
