I lived here for one year and paid $2,945 in rent and a $4,000 deposit. They claimed that water leaked from my apartment down four floors, causing damage to the building, and refused to return my deposit. But they didn’t stop there. Very very poor management. I was resident there for 10+ years and the building had 7 different managers during my residency. finally I moved out because of so many problems building had. Lately in 2020 building got cockroaches. they were all over places, in hallways, laundry rooms, all units, kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom, ... Pest control tried to treat them for 3 times in three months and still cockroaches. For treatment every time they wanted us to pack all of our stuff for spraying. After 9 years being resident the management found excuses to keep the deposit of my daughter and confiscated it. No response to any emails

I've been living here for about a year and really love this location, I feel really safe. I have a great view of the Belmont hills and usually go hiking through the trails a few blocks from here, at least a few times a week. The place is very clean, and they are kind of strict about leaving your things outside but I actually like that. It looks like they are remodeling apartments when people move out.
