I went here on Valentine’s Day for a romantic date night, all was well until the night was finished with food poisoning from I’m assuming the seafood. I called them the following day. I wasn’t looking for an immediate refund or with an angry demeanor. I just wanted to inform them and maybe come up with a solution. We live just under a mile away & wish we would've known how loud the bass is turned up by the DJs for evening events. It can be heard & felt all throughout our home. Phone calls don't help since they state that it's off by 10pm. Not helpful for nearby residents who get up early for work in the morning. The vibrations from the bass over power any solutions we've tried in our home. Seems unnecessary for their sound system to be that loud from that far away. Can even be heard at Dutch Bros on 44.
I took my grandmother there as a surprise because I was flying into Boise to come visit her. We had the waitress named Emma, and my grandmother and I just loved her. So kind, funny, and provided us with great service. It was my grandmother’s second time there, but my first and I can honestly say it was amazing! Took my boyfriend's Mom (for her 85th birthday) and my 92-year old aunt to the afternoon tea. What an amazing experience. The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious and quite filling. We even had the good fortune of being served tea by Camille Beckman! Everyone was so kind and helpful.
