It was so relaxing to walk into the spa and be greeted by Charles. He was waiting for me to arrive and offered me refreshments in the gorgeous Parisian lounge. Kathy was such a lovely and kind person and she made my hands look beautiful for my upcoming trip. Her gentle massage and careful details brought back life to my hands. I'm so happy to have found this cute little oasis inside the Fairmont Hotel.
I’ve had facials all over San Francisco, and this was on a completely different level. I booked specifically because they use Biologique Recherche, and you can really feel the difference in how results-driven everything is. My skin was feeling congested and dull going in, and by the end it looked noticeably more firm, clean, and actually healthy, not just “glowy” for a few hours. I loved the Sculpture Reveal from Aislinn. My skin feels fresh, soft, and so clean! It would great to try every few months when I visit. My active outdoor lifestyle can be hard on my skin and this is a fresh start. The add-on was the non-invasive lip plumping service with Monika Heiligmann products. Wonderful treatment. Feel much younger! Also had a mani and pedi with Kathy. She must be the best in all of San Francisco.
I had a disappointing experience here. The consultation itself was pleasant, but most of the products were not in stock and had to be ordered in. When I later learned from my dermatologist that I couldn’t safely use them and tried to return some of the undelivered and unopened items and in original condition, I was told that cancellations and refunds weren’t allowed — only store credit. Amazing experience. I came in for the waterless mani with paraffin and left feeling pampered. My hands felt so smooth after and the cuticle work was great. They take their time here, which I really appreciate. Definitely coming back.
