This place his horrible!!!! Don’t even bother. This place was horrible. Would never want to live in this hell hole again.
Lived here for just under two years (we moved from the city to see how we'd like living in Marin longer term). We can't say enough good things about the property manager, Marc. Just the kindest, most genuine person -- very responsive, and has a super helpful crew for any necessary repairs. Our unit was a newly renovated 2B/2B with spectacular views of Richardson Bay (see photos below). Though the buildings were dated, the property was well-maintained and overall we found it to be excellent value compared to the city. It was ... read more
Impressive appartments!!! They are on top of the hill and visible from just about any angle. So, it is nice location to see sunset. They are located in Strawberry neighborhood in Marin county that is very beautiful and friendly. Apartments are clean and very well taken care of. It is smoke free, bicycle friendly and no pets allowed. Moreover, it is close to ferry. Because of these, I believe, it is a very good place to live.
