Unfortunately had to take Chateau Properties and their parent company The Carpionato Group to court in order to retain my holding deposit but ended up winning. In the end I was awarded double my deposit for what the Carpionato group, Daniel Williams and the Director Krystal Carnes put me through. They don't know their own application process and will spend thousands on lawyers to cover up mistakes and do what ever it takes to hold onto a small holding deposit. Though the apartments looked good in pictures and comparatively bigger for same price which is why we considered seeing the apartment in the first place we had a bad experience with the leasing staff. We had to call multiples times to check for availability only to be answered on our third try. The Lady asked us to go meet them the next day so she could show us the apartment. We called the office multiple times which were all unanswered, left many messages. Leasing office was closed whenever we went there and they never show... read more
I visted this place because I was looking for a place to move into, I went by here I believe sometime last August and the young lady in the leasing office seemed rude, disgusted or I don't know what. She wasn't trying to rent the apartment to us at all, she looked at us from top to bottom and maybe it has to do with us arriving in our 1998 camry that we had then...Too stuck up for no reason I bet she cannot even afford to live there, even though we certainly could we chose not to because of that.
