I moved here what was only going to be temporary, however, it’s going on nearly 5 years now. I moved with the intention of getting through and graduating nursing school then moving out. I was a struggling college student but the prices here were manageable with another person. The only bills we had to pay was rent, Entergy and WiFi. I absolutely love living here! The landlord is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet—always helpful and genuinely cares about the tenants. One time, they even helped me get my car started when I was broke down! The young management team is friendly and motivated, which really inspires me to take care of my space and keep everything neat and clean. It's a great place to live, and I feel lucky to call it home.I’v been here 7 yrs. Love my management team so much. They always there when U need them. Thanks.
I am a current resident of Chateau Audobon apartments and the management has gone above and beyond for their tenants! During the snow storm, my central heating went out and Brandon was quick to show up at my apartment door with electric heaters so we would stay warm!! If you are a college student, these apartments are safe, affordable, and a perfect location from Nicholls! I recommend!!
Best place I’ve ever lived, maintenance are awesome and quick to help and landlord is amazing! ❤️
I lived here for a year. The apartment is lovely, however maintenence takes a long time to come. Like...we have called the people to fix a hole in our ceiling and it has been months and no one came!! Also, the landlord may seem nice and want to work out negotiations with people...but don't trust him. He gave us an eviction notice and said that we only have 6 DAYS TO MOVE!!!
