These apartments are very overpriced and overrated they wanna add new stuff to the office and outside landscaping but don't wanna update stuff inside the apartments but raise the rent and to top it off they fired the only maintenance man who gave a dam about making sure things got fixed eventhough he was working alone! $1300 is too much for those residents especially the ones on fixed income and whom have been living there for years. This apartment has truly been our home for the past three and a half years and played a meaningful role in our college experience. The community is quiet and welcoming, with friendly neighbors and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it feel safe and comfortable. It is especially nice to see children outside playing and families enjoying the neighborhood, which adds to the sense of community. Amazing place to live.
This apartment has been our home for roughly 3.5 years and was a big piece of our college experience. Friendly neighbors and quiet living. Nice atmosphere to see children actually outside being kids and playing. It’s cheap living for the actual sizing space of the inside, and quite flexible with payment plans in offering month to month living. If it wasn’t for getting a job across the state we’d still be living here.
