I lived here for a year. The apartment is lovely, however maintenence takes a long time to come. Like...we have called the people to fix a hole in our ceiling and it has been months and no one came!! Also, the landlord may seem nice and want to work out negotiations with people...but don't trust him. He gave us an eviction notice and said that we only have 6 DAYS TO MOVE!!! I used to love living here. Now the management will not do anything about neighbors leaving trash in the shared yard. Can't do anything about people driving too fast and going around the speed bumps. Riding 4 wheelers up and down until 3 am. Nor can they do anything about the neighbor peaking in your windows, trying to break in or stealing things! And here is the BIGGEST ONE... Our AC went out on Saturday 7/24... It took 3 calls to get a call back. It is now Monday at noon and the AC is still out! The AC guy should be here a... read more
