I have truly enjoyed every moment of living here. It has been quiet, the apartment is well built so I rarely ever hear any neighbors and the staff is fantastic, always going above and beyond their job description to do the most for the community and for each individual tenant.
I was one of the first tenants in these beautiful apartments. They are well designed and functional. Mary and her staff were great and always were quick to respond anytime I had questions. I highly recommend these apartments!
My boyfriend and I were searching for apartments in Omaha, and we didn't feel "at home" at any until we walked in to Chateau Hillsborough. They are so nice, and it feels like a community! Mary, who is the leasing manager, is awesome and was so helpful and friendly. We would recommend this complex to anyone!
Chateau at Hillsborough is a great, brand new community! The apartments have awesome amenities like granite counter tops, and a nice, open kitchen. The dog park is awesome, not a lot of apartment complexes have one. It's a smaller community as well, which is nice. The management is super nice and always ready to help whenever I've needed anything. Come check it out!
We toured multiple complexes around Omaha before encountering this property and immediately fell in love with Chateau at Hillsborough the second we walked in! The Community Business Manager, Mary, was very responsive to emails and calls (something other properties around Omaha struggled with) and was always willing to help. She was accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. We are very excited to move in to our new apartment next month!
