UPDATE (READ AFTER CON#8) Leta Blackwell is the Property Manager of this complex. Not sure why she is leaving reviews for herself and her employees. But here are the pros and cons of living here. PROS: A quiet place to live, spacious for an apartment, very close to the freeway bus stops and grocery stores. CONS: 1)Leta doesn't let the new tenants that move in, check for what needs to be fixed and document the problems like any other apartment would. Leta checked everything herself and now there is no way of knowing who is li... read more
Manager and maintenance are great people easy to get along with
These apartments are huge! I love love love my apartment and my sunrise view!! The Community Manager is sooo nice and so knowledgeable and caring and helpful. Teehee.. thaaat's meee. The Maintenance Manager is extremely knowledgeable too and is the kindest person in the whole wide world. All of my neighbors are so nice and very respectful towards each other. It's a wonderful and peaceful community. I luv luv luv the Chateau!!!

I liked living in Chateau Townhome, wish it had W/D in the unit. Property Manager Leat Blackwell and maintenance Ken are very understandable and helpful. Thank You
