UPDATE (READ AFTER CON#8) Leta Blackwell is the Property Manager of this complex. Not sure why she is leaving reviews for herself and her employees. But here are the pros and cons of living here. PROS: A quiet place to live, spacious for an apartment, very close to the freeway bus stops and grocery stores. CONS: 1)Leta doesn't let the new tenants that move in, check for what needs to be fixed and document the problems like any other apartment would. My experience with Chateau apartments and townhomes has been excellent. The management has shown extreme professionalism and exemplary interpersonal communication skills regarding the move in process. I highly recommend Leta and this team for anyone who requires fair and equal housing opportunities.
