I lived here for one year exactly outside of the grounds keeper being a perv... Mrs.Michelle was so rude and had a very bad attitude...at the end of my lease she decided not to renew for what reason I have no clue...but I happily moved out cleaned the place did my walk thru we signed off on it and now I have yet to receive my deposit...every time I call the office from my cell she screens the call but if I call from a different number she answers...I just want my money back that is bye law owed to me....
Quiet for the most part even with the few kids who stay here... Management and maintenance are prompt... You just can't bbq over here!
