I began seeing German Cockroaches on day one of my move in. I have seen 2 to 3 everyday I have stayed there since. The treatment taking over a week to occur has drastically affected my mental health. This seems like it is a building wide problem that has not been properly addressed. I have sealed of all food sources since day one of my move in and I am still seeing them. It's a cool old building. Unfortunately there are @$$h013$ who leave their stripped down bicycles, and refuse that they've dragged out of dumpsters, in the hallways. It's a shame because Avenue replaced the carpets recently as well as painted the halls and there are stains, and stench from the garbage being dragged in already. This kind of feels (and smells) like a homeless shelter but without rules or management.
