Currently live here. Have lived here for almost three years. The apartment was not renovated, the cabinets were never completed in the kitchen, or bathrooms, the linoleum flooring has been peeling up since we moved here, all of the electrical outlets are loose, there is no garbage disposal or sprayer head in kitchen, my daughters closet also has not had a door the entire time we have lived here. We plan on moving when our lease ends in April but these are things to be aware of when touring these apartments.
great place!! Tara is super kind and quick with anything that you need help with. maintenance is also 10/10! they always do such a great job the same day when i’ve needed something done.
Dilapidated. Looks pretty slummy. Buildings need paint and are very weathered looking fences all damaged from cars hitting them. Looks like low income housing
Very great experience so far! We did a lease take over, and it was an extremely overall smooth, quick and easy process! Management is SUPER quick with responding and problem fixing, as is maintenance! We appreciate this very much!
