I lived here for 2 years. Quietest safest place in Tampa. Courtyard is relaxing pool is clean cool and deep. Lisa is the nicest person and the maintenance man is quick. The kind of place you can leave your door unlocked at. The kind of pool you want to party at. Convenience store and laundromat are 5 steps out the back gate and they have the best Tacos in Tampa. It's a fun place.
I have been working with the management company for about 6 months now and they have assisted me with getting my clients housed. All of my clients are very happy with the apartments and the staff. I am looking forward to working with them for a long time. These apartments are well maintained and roomy.
Lowest rent price in the area. Decent apartments and nice little backyard for most downstairs units. Incredible location. Older building though with constant maintenance issues.
I love it here! It's a diamond in the rough. Very peacful, never wanna leave!
I can’t express how communicative, professional, and on top of it Lisa + Radiant were during our out-of-state move. We got new carpet, new AC unit, and blinds installed. Lisa did a video call with us to make sure this is the unit we wanted and answered all our questions within minutes. It’s a cozy apartment complex. Lots of peace and quiet.
