I have seen my share of subsidized housing. This is a well run and clean facility for senior citizens especially. The area is not bad either, i'd term it as a safe area, especially so in the daytime, very safe! And there are many eateries, a library nearby, a Cumby's.. very conveniently located. Most apartments here are very LARGE & spacious 1 bedrooms and this is a HUGE plus over many other similar subsidized housing facilities that may be more modern but cubby sized.
