Eventhough I had read the bad reviews on this place, I wanted to give it a try myself. I love persian food/music and belly dancing. My husband and I went there on Valentines day and the restaurant was not even busy and the service was extremely bad!!!! The lady who sat us was very nice but then we were sitting for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour and no one approached us. Finally, we had to ask the bar person to get us someone. The food has been bad in this joint for many years under the previous owner and the new owner. The only thing they had going for them was the live music on weekends but theyve managed to screw that one up too.
I used to go there a lot. But then I stopped. Last time I went there, the rice was sticky and short, and not even warm. It had a burnt smell as well. Kabob was excellent. However, the rice was awfull. Not worth the money.
My family and I have been dining at chatanogas for years now and continue to be impressed and delighted with the food and level of service. We are always greeted with a friendly smile and receive excellent service. The menu has tons of options and the food is delicious! This is a great value overall. We always look forward to our family dinners at chatanogas!

Food was just OK. Price is on the high side for food which is just ok.
We went to see belly dancing. Program was good but the food was well below par. This place needs a new chef. My shrimps kebab were served cold, and everyone else we were with didnt finish the food. Vegetarian kebab was the worst! If you order, take the salmon, its hard to mess that up
Great food, music and awesome service! Beatiful venue and clean place to wine and dine with full bar and belly dancers....
