I called the management office and spoke to a Mr Mcall about a concern. He is extremely rude , unprofessional and told me he was hanging up on me. I will contact the BBB and city code inspector for help .
I’m stuck using them and all I hear are terrible things of the president. They don’t even keep up the common areas and every year hoa goes up. I hear all the neighbors and contractors saying they hate bill. Kinda wonder why this guy is like this being hated by everyone. I hope things change for the good.
I pay for this site and wish it was under better management The safety of the HOA residents is a minor concern. As of 8/2023 - we no longer use Chastine Property Management.
