Horribly unprofessional! If you can avoid doing business with them, please do. We were falsely accused of smoking at the pool and had our pool privileges revoked. Nobody in our household smokes! The way Mr Bill McCall, the owner of the company, spoke to my wife and myself regarding these blatantly false allegations was absolutely unhinged. I can’t recall a time I’ve been spoken to more disrespectfully in my life. I’ll be petitioning my HOA to find a different property management company as soon as possible.
If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Mr Bill is the most unprofessional individual that I have ever dealt with. The company suspended our pool privileges and did not tell us why until we called in. When we talked to Mr Bill, he stated that we been suspended due to smoking and having glass in the pool area. No one in our household has ever smoked and we have always obeyed all of the rules.
