The service from the entire team was excellent - Peter helped me select the product in the showroom, Gary did the site visit and check measure, Sarah and Chloe installed the new benchtop, and thanks to Maree as well for the administrative support. Had nothing but a very positive experience with Chase Wilson Kitchens. Gary and his crew were amazing; from the initial consult, to the planning and design stage through to the install and follow up. Gary remained in close communication throughout to talk us thru the next step, coordinate other tradies and resolve whatever minor issues that did present. We are very happy with the end result and can’t recommend this company highly enough.
Peter, Gary and the team did a wonderful job with our kitchen renovation recently. We are over the moon with the high quality and excellent workmanship. Our space was small and awkward, and they have opened it up and made it feel twice the size with some clever ideas of how to use the space more effectively. Appalling after sales service. And if there is a problem they blame you. It took me ringing them three times, didn't get a response until I emailed the owner. Gary eventually came and did some terrible repair work ...when I emailed the owner back, he fowarded my concerns to Gary....I received the most unprofessional AND assaultive email I have ever seen...please see attached. It was HORRIBLE to receive that email.He replied in Capital letters and in red...very upsettng when I was just trying to get my kitchen into a fit stat... read more
