I can’t say enough good things about Chase’s. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff (Thanks, Emily!). We had a repair issue and Emily knew exactly what to do. The price was very fair, and we were so relieved to have such an outstanding service provider initiate and guide the repair. Wow! Hats off to Shelley (3rd gen CEO) and Emily and the Chase’s team. For future shade repair needs, and for new Hunter Douglas shades/blinds, I know where we’re going!
I purchased a home recently that came with three beautiful, but quite dirty, sheer Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades, one of which was broken. Someone referred me to Chase's in Benicia for the repair work. I was happy to learn that Chase's also does sheer shade cleaning. I had tried to clean them myself, and found it extremely difficult. Chase's Carpets & Blinds is a godsend for anyone in need of prompt, professional and fully capable service for their Hunter Douglas blinds. Emily provided service a cut above, very much appreciated the manner in which she provided a service repair for a large mini-blind. The most reliable H-D repair outlet I have experienced.
