Chase's Carpets & Blinds is a godsend for anyone in need of prompt, professional and fully capable service for their Hunter Douglas blinds. Emily provided service a cut above, very much appreciated the manner in which she provided a service repair for a large mini-blind. The most reliable H-D repair outlet I have experienced.
I needed the pulls on my blinds repaired so i was able to take them in and the same day they were ready for pick up! Great service
Hunter Douglas service help line referred me to Chase's when they didn't have the shade part that was broken. Chase's did have the part and fixed the Duette shade for less cost than my previous HD factory repairs. I also had all of my Venetian blinds cleaned and got a quantity discount. Further, Emily was able to get the Hunter Douglas warranty replacement done on another of my 22yo Duette shades. They sell Hunter Douglas products.
