Early this year I encountered a place in Spencerport called Chase Woods Manor (These are the cheapest townhouses for a very good reason) as I was looking for a townhouse to raise my son. The other parents there were all waiting for their leases to finish, so they could get out of there. Spencerport road is very busy around there and there are no sidewalks.
