This place is a nightmare, please read the negative reviews by real people. You HAVE to video the apartment when you get in and out because they have a reputation for charging for damages you didn't cause. Ive seen them do it to over 5 people and now my partner as well. We will be taking them to small claims court, reporting them to SETA, worksource, and the housing authority. Trying to charge him $1400 for the carpet when they knew it was filthy when he moved in!
