Always packed and a bit chaotic! They (esp. Dr. Caffarella) have recently gone above-and-beyond for our two little guys. Personally calling on a Sunday? Wow! Think they've outgrown that tiny waiting room (wish there was a separate waiting area for cats), but at least the staff is long-term and the wait time isn't too terrible. Pricing is OK, and they've stayed late to accommodate an emergency or two for us. Knowledgeable people, but would be nice to get write-ups as remembering a lot of the technical stuff can be hard.
