Yesterday was our first day back since Covid as my pup is extremely fear reactive with leash aggression and will not enter the office without me. Ever since Dr.Chase left it has gone downhill. Had a 3:20 appointment for my dog, sat waiting for 35 min with no acknowledgement. My pups is a 190lb mastiff so hard to miss standing by the door waiting. Would have been nice for one of the employees walking past me to say we are running late. Its hard enough getting a senior mastiff with hip issues in my car, let alone have him wait in car or parking lot . Called to see how long wait would be and was put on hold for over 10 minutes! We have been using Chase Veterinary Clinic for 19 years. Dr Cafarella is easy to talk to & explains issues clearly. She has a huge compassionate heart.
Dr Cathy Caffarella has been very compassionate with all of our pets and they don't mind going to see her! 5 stars to her!😀
