I was told to call first thing in the morning on the day of service, and they could give me a window then, which they did. I would definitely hire them again. They do a good job, all my questions were answered promptly and the estimate for service was great. 5 stars!!
Chase Tree Removal Service team is very polite, responsive, fairly priced, respectful of my input/ideas and concerns. They arrived on time and the technician was the first one out of the truck with tools in hand and went right to work, side by side with his team. Trimmed a very shaggy tree in front of the house to create a picture perfect, beautiful transformation ! Also trimmed up an overgrown shrub to perfectly balance the landscape. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them.
This past August, I think, I asked George and the guys to transplant a 30' oak in my back yard which would necessitate removal, rolling it 50' and replanting. This tree would replace a bradford pear that was destroyed by the ice storm one year ago. Chances for success were slim but the guys pulled it off as the tree thrived this spring and summer. George and his crew were a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job on a very complex tree trimming and removal job at my residence. George was professional and responsive to my questions when providing a written estimate. He and his crew arrived right on schedule, were very polite and easy to work with and finished the job in one day. As promised they left my yard clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Chase Tree Removal Service because they did a quality job for a reasonable price.
Three men came out and did a wonderful job saving my beloved but heavily damaged cherry tree. They also sheared a neighbor's encroaching juniper bush, and restored an arborvidae to its natural shape after the snow storm in May. All three were friendly, courteous, confident of their work, and competent. They cleaned up everything and even chipped some branches I had from another unrelated trimming. I am very satisfied with their work and will definitely call Chase Tree Removal Service again. I highly recommend them. Thanks!
