During a recent heavy rainstorm we noticed a wet spot forming in our ceiling. We went into the attic and discovered a steady drip of water from our roof onto our ceiling. Mike came out and looked at our roof leak. A few hours later we had an estimate for the repair and the roof was repaired a few days later. Installation team was very professional. Chase Roofing Co folks really went to work on my front porch metal roof. Seth the foreman gave me a reasonable price to totally remove the metal roof, all the underlayment and build it from the rafters. The roof men corrected the lack of flashings which led to extensive rot on my 14 year old home. And by the way - I had called 5 companies - none of whom would work on a metal roof! The Chase Roofing salesperson was prompt, answered our questions and was excellent to work with. He brought shingle samples and we received a better workmanship guarantee.
