Dr. Chase Ranker spits medical jargon at you. When trying to clarify my issue and symptoms he responded with “yeah we’re basically saying the same thing” in a pompous tone. Furthermore, he tries to push procedures on you without clarifying other options. As a college student, I asked for an after visit summary to discuss with my mom. They do not provide after visit summaries. At first the staff may seem a little cold or blunt. But, I found the staff to be very kind and understanding. Dr. Ranker is professional and takes the time to explain, in detail what you need to know and answers any questions you may have.
This office does not get back to you for anything. I have been in a. Walking boot since early July, lost my job because of it. They sent me to physical therapy where they advised me they couldn’t do anything more for me. After this I spent 3 weeks trying to figure out what the next step was and they continued to tell me they would get back with me after talking to the doctor and never did. I do NOT recommend this office. I will be finding someone new.
