Would give 0 stars if I could. Chase "managed" a rental my family and I moved into. Nothing was fixed although He promised to fix things prior to moving in. After we moved in, there were numerous issues that were never addressed: Feces in the toilet upon move-in, refrigerator had missing compartments, fans and lights were broken, baseboards were broken, paint was horrible, AC broke 3x (We went 5 days with no AC). Working with Chase was an absolute pleasure! He guided us through the home-buying process flawlessly and took the time to understand our needs, finding properties that matched perfectly. Chase's communication skills are excellent, and he responds to our questions quickly, making us feel valued and informed throughout the journey. Even after closing, Chase went above and beyond, assisting with blind installation, purchasing a washer and dryer, and arranging yard work. We can't recommend Chase highly enough. He’s the best!

OMGosh, we have been in our house a year. Each and evey day we see people struggling to find a house. When we were introduced to Chase, we were like hey it we liked him from the beginning. He was very professional all the way. We did not have to stress about anything. We had a hard time trying to find a house due to the high demand. He said would you like to get a new build. We went through that process and very happy about the outcome. I highly recommend Chase.
