They are nice and professional.
This a great location, and the staff has always been friendly UP UNTIL I had an issue with my account. The issue turned out to be my fault, but the manager Chris was quick and vocal to point that out, in a raised tone. His voice was loud enough for the entire bank to hear every word of my private business. I left angry and embarassed at his lack of discretion and professionalism... If you have an issue with your account, I would definitely take it elsewhere.
