I have a love/hate relationship with them. The closing of the drive through to everyone but business accounts is absolutely ridiculous. But then my card was compromised and they were amazing. So far the drive through isn’t a deal breaker for me...but really, only bank in history to make this stupid move.
The bank manager has locked my son's savings account because of a mistake one of their new employees made and refuses to unlock it so he can close the account. States Attorney has been contacted along with the BBB! Even a different branches manager is trying to help. This is criminal and this branch should be closed. I will never be a Chase customer!
Slow. Opens late regularly. Large ATMs instead of live tellers in main lobby. Not a single employee smiling. Why not staff with one IT employee and replace all others with machines?
The Banker teller put my phone number in as my social and so now my account is closed and I can't pay my rent because my deposits are scheduled to go to my account #Worst Bank

Chase bank had made a terrible move closing drive through lanes and eliminating tellers in an extremely busy location such as Oswego.. Why should I have to wait in line 15-20 mins to see a human?? I needed to exchange bills for vacation and it took 17 mins for me to see a human teller. I hear the lobby greater say it's a 2 hour wait to see a personal banker.. The line for a tell is almost out the door and the poor 3 tellers are trying to work the 1 lane of drive up and help the line stretching out into the lobby of 14 people... read more
