Chase is a terrible bank! Customer service is horrible. The employees don't know there own processes . So if you ask 10 different people the same question you will get 10 different answers. Don't waste your time go to Capital One! Ever wonder why they give you $100 to open a account? If they were an amazing bank they wouldn't have to do that. RIGHT!?!? Nothing in life is free!
