This is co-located with the Chase Bank at this location. I haven't used their mortgage services, but I suspect that, as is typical of any mortgage broker, the service you get is highly dependent on the broker you work with.
This new (2017) branch has several ATMs both inside and accessible after hours. A teller is also available. Only one employee was helping with accounts while five customers waited a Tuesday afternoon. Two other employees were present but declined to help although one left the building. Three customers left without service. An employee wanted to refuse service to another because the branch was closing. Also, wifi does not work as that employee noted.
