I’ve always had great service with Chase. But this morning I’m ready to find another bank. The teller argued with me about something so ridiculous that I couldn’t stand to stay to take care of the main thing I went in for. That’s the second reason I’m probably changing banks. I ordered new bank cards July 3 and as of July 24th still no cards.

Unable to get anyone to assist at this location. Finally was referred to another branch. Second star because at least they were polite.
