The experience here raises my worst angst. The place is kinda cold and unwelcoming with teller stations behind "panic room" type enclosures and self serve kiosks. My hometown Chase Bank has the friendliest professionals. The teller made a point to inform me I don't need to use the teller station. She proceeded to explain I could use the kiosk to deposit my checks next time. Maybe it's because they bill themselves as a mortgage center instead of a bank the location is so bereft of human interaction. It's my money. They get th... read more
