I have a .mortgage with chase. I lost my home in the Marshall fires. Today I went in to get my balance for my escrow to rebuild, but couldn't it takes 2 business to just email it to me. I need it to show the builder I have enough to rebuild,unreal its that long to just email it.😡😡😡😡😡 I waiting for it today but the lady working for chase put the wrong address. rudest encounter I've had. I'm generally a nice guy but each person I talked to acted like I ruined their day. no respectful customer service.
