Came in to make a principal payment. My mortgage payment slip said principal only highlighted in yellow. Sam still messed up my payment which wasted more of my time. While he needed the help of another teller to reversed it to key it in the proper way. Principal payments mean Principal payment not regular payment Sam! Not good for business having someone that doesn't know what they are doing. He also took longer than an other teller whenever I came in to have this exact same thing done.
