I wasn’t going to post my experience but it has been weighing heavy on me. In October I started going to the practice for my depression and adhd. I was started on antidepressants and stimulants. I was feeling great, was seeing Kendra monthly. My last 2 appointments were cancelled abruptly. one being less than 3 hours before my appointment both being tele-health appointments. Billing issues are not prioritized at all. I was billed over $600 and was owed a refund for almost a year before it was handled. I am still owed more, but have not heard back despite numerous calls. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this practice.

Moldy basement office, the male who answers the phone is rude and horrible to deal with. The rest of the staff is excellent. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place.

This place is truly wonderful. The counselors are very kind and thoughtful. Yulisa, especially, has been a blessing, after many therapists who were not able to make any impact with my family member.

I would not recommend chase mental health services I got charged $40 for not attending an appointment after getting an infection. I deal with chronic illnesses and was informed even in a case of emergency I miss an appointment due to even hospitalization I will be charged $40. This is ableism and sad.. I cant tell when I'll get sepsis again or c-diff or a kidney infection. If you are chronically sick this practice I could not recommend. I was informed by the manager and owner of this by the way.
