Do not have same day sick visits even though they advertise that.They were my primary care doctor for over 20 yrs but I have to change due to never being able to get an appointment when I'm sick for the past few years and I have to pay double at an urgent care. All in all the place has went down hill instead of improving from the care they offer to the staff they hire.
Very poor service, lady at front desk did more nonwork talk to everybody but patience, they told me to come in that they were not busy after 2 hours of getting smoke blown up my butt I left, VERY POOR MANAGEMENT OF TIME. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME
They try their best to accommodate everyone and their medical needs. If you can’t come into the office they do patient visits virtually.
