Fast, friendly and efficient service. Great from the moment they answered the phone through to the technicians driving away from my house. I will definitely use them again.
Robert was good and easy to chat with. Though we did not come to a solid conclusion about the issue he did assure me that if it came back that someone would be available while it was clogged. In a wait and see mode.
Transitioned from swamp cooler to refrigerated air and Chase Mechanical did an amazing job getting it set up with a smart thermostat !!
Does not pull a permit for inspection with the city and when I went to sell my house they claimed they would do it and they did not. They actually lied that they did contact the city. They stopped answering our calls and we had to go to the city to see if an inspection was scheduled. It was not so they blatantly lied and I had to pay an independent contracted to inspect the system to be able to sell the house.
