Transitioned from swamp cooler to refrigerated air and Chase Mechanical did an amazing job getting it set up with a smart thermostat !!
Does not pull a permit for inspection with the city and when I went to sell my house they claimed they would do it and they did not. They actually lied that they did contact the city. They stopped answering our calls and we had to go to the city to see if an inspection was scheduled. It was not so they blatantly lied and I had to pay an independent contracted to inspect the system to be able to sell the house.
Robert was great! He was very friendly and more than helpful! This seems to be the norm for Chase technicians...they are all very professional and nice, and even better, they know their stuff.
I called Adrian, he gave me information on an air conditioner he was very honest about what would be more and which unit would be less. He was very professional throughout the whole process. Shortly after I had an appointment for a visit and a quote I think his name was Bruce, also very professional, I made my decision, he gave me a quote which was immediately confirmed on my email, asked for a deposit also immediately confirmed through email, we set a date confirmed by email.
