Brantley was so helpful, and the service from Chase Llc came at the right time. Our fridge water hookup needed plumbing work, so he installed a new water line for the ice maker and added a separate shutoff valve. We originally had a copper line, so the whole run had to be redone from the sink to the back of the fridge, about 15 feet. Our water heater quit working, so we suddenly had no hot water. I called a local plumbing company in Austin, and the lady who answered was very friendly and helpful. She took down my information right away and connected me with the service department. The person there was also polite, explained the next steps clearly, and said a plumber could come out within a few hours with a replacement water heater if needed. excellent service. i called for a toilet replacement and they got me on the schedule for 10:00am, then were able to arrive even earlier, which really helped. when they got there, randall and thomas also noticed a small sprinkler line leak that had likely come from an older sidewalk repair, and they clearly explained what was going on. they replaced the toilet, removed an old bidet hose at no extra charge, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. this was my third time using their plumbing service, and ... read more
