I was really impressed with how quickly a plumber came out after I called—someone was at my house within just a couple of hours. The plumber, Thomas, was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything about my clogged kitchen drain in a way I could understand. We had to replace our old water heater, so we called the plumbers for help. They installed a new unit for us and even upgraded it with an emergency shut-off valve since our water heater is on the second floor. Brantley from Chase LLC came by to check out my plumbing. He started in the kitchen, making sure there weren’t any leaks or water pressure issues, and asked if I’d noticed any problems.
