We had Thomas as our plumber on a very stressful day, and he was a huge help from start to finish. He worked alongside emergency responders to locate the main water shutoff after a broken pipe sent a lot of water into our home. Once the shutoff valve was found, he stayed with us through the whole situation and made sure everything was under control.
