When Randall and Malachi showed up right on time, I felt confident our plumbing issues were about to be fixed. Their friendly attitude and quick work made the whole experience easy. Our kitchen sink and dishwasher had been out of order because of a big clog, but in less than an hour, everything was flowing smoothly again. If you need a plumber in Austin, I highly recommend their service. The team did a fantastic job and made sure we were taken care of. Their company should be proud of them.

Where to start... My husband and I don’t know much about plumbing, to be honest. We had a week full of plumbing problems in our older house with old pipes, plus the freezing cold Austin weather. I recently bought a house in Austin and noticed a small plumbing problem—a loose bathroom faucet. I called for help on a Saturday, and even though Thomas was busy working under another house, he called me back on Monday and set up an appointment for Wednesday. That’s exactly when they showed up. After getting a huge water bill from the city, I discovered a leak in a pipe running between the street and my unit. I called Chase LLC and Randall helped me right away by explaining how to shut off the water until he could arrive. He came out the same day, even though it was late on a Friday, and we worked out a plan to dig up and replace the pipe. Julian came out the next day and replaced the leaking pipe. I reached out to get a quote for a hot water tank, and Malachi even offered to install it the same day, which was a pleasant surprise. Malachi arrived right on time, was polite, clearly knew his plumbing, did excellent work, and made sure to clean up everything before leaving. He really goes the extra mile, is hardworking, trustworthy, and does top-quality plumbing jobs. Honestly, don’t bother with any other plumber—just call Malachi for your plumbing needs!
