I am unfortunately writing to you to raise my severe safety concern and disappointment from on our trip from Hunter Valley back to Sydney. The fact we made it back alive was surprising from the jerky cornering and stopping and starting, to speeding up to 131km/hr, illegally over taking from the left hand lane on the freeway, to no air conditioning working, and the intercom to the driver not working. I have engaged the services of Chase limousines on two occasions this year. First time in February where we hired a Chrysler 300 limo for a transfer and then in November a bus to go on a wine and distillery tour in the Hunter valley. On both occasions the communication from the admin staff was great, the drivers were professional and well presented, on time and kept to time schedule. Our experience with chase was amazing for our girls weekend away. Highly recommended, our driver to and from our home and away from home, Ryan was above and beyond our expectations. Interacted with us girls and made a trip one to remember, plenty of laughs and photos to remind us of our fun day. We will definitely be back and will definitely request Ryan#1
Had to cancel a booking and asked for a refund which took two months of emails and calls before for the the company would finally honor their own refund policy published on their website. Poor communication and extremely unprofessional, would not recommend.
I had an outstanding experience with this company and our driver Kerrin. I can't highly recommend this company!!! Made our day comfortable and relaxing extremely impressed.
