The homes are extremely clean and are like brand new inside and out. The leasing and maintenance staff, Monica and Glen, are very nice and knowledgeable. My neighbors are nice , too! Cliff

I have lived here for over a year and the main issue here is communication. The staff is never in the office, they do not reply to emails and do not pick up the phone or call back. But they are quick to charge you or send emails. But not respond. The community is great however if I knew the new staff would be worse than the last, I would have not renewed. Save yourself the hassle, do not live here.
Lashonda was amazing! She took very good care of my daughter and I with the move in process. I would definitely recommend this community to friends.
