While Chase International and the Donovan Group promise premium home preparation, their vendor management is incredibly disappointing, leaving our property with amateurish drywall work and a substandard open house presentation far below the requested level. After an exhausting process that felt like a lifetime, the listing ultimately canceled and expired; this agency is simply not the high-caliber firm we remember from 20 years ago.
Amie is simply the best. Her Tahoe market knowledge is unmatched, she found listings we never would have discovered, and she was responsive every step of the way. She went above and beyond to help us find our dream place. Highest possible recommendation.
Suzie H. is one of the WORST real estate agents that I have ever contacted! Incline Village - Chase International Real Estate. She was rude, unprofessional, and cert. I tired to work with her professionally but all she cared about was her commission. Her commission is very high and NOT worth the extra dollars. The real estate that she told us about was not at all that we asked for. She showed us impoverished looking fixer uppers. The worst real estate agent that we have ever worked with and will NEVER work with again!
