We initially had a positive experience with Deb and truly enjoyed her as our child's provider. Unfortunately, when our child began having medical concerns and we needed more thorough care, our experience changed significantly. After advocating for imaging for our baby, we waited seven weeks for a phone call regarding the results. My first appointment with Akua Poku NP was a complete success. She listened to what I had to say and did a complete physical exam which can be rare in these days of assembly line medicine. She ordered the appropriate tests without going overboard which is also rare today. Kudos to entire staff at Chase Medical.
She is a terrible nurse practioner. She prescribed me a medication years ago and I had some very serious side effects that I am still dealing with till this day. When I went in to talk with her to discuss the side effects she laughed and made fun of me. I cried all the way home. Please don't go and see her.
They are amazing here! Very patient and attentive!
Ms. Chase is a true professional. She listens intently and provides solutions. One feels free to accept or reject her suggestions. She works with a person to find a solution that is appropriate and comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate.
